Federations Regulations
Different regulations apply depending on the type of Federation so hard federations and collaborations (also called soft governance federations) are each subject there own specific regulations. New regulations for hard federations came into effect from 25th May 2007. Similarly, regulations allowing maintained schools to collaborate with FE colleges were also introduced on 25th May 2007.
