The event was a great success and was aimed at those with area wide responsibility for Learning Mentor, Education Welfare, Connexions provision and related areas and addressed the current issues in relation to international practice links and development, training and support provision and common approaches supporting children and young people's support.
The individual Workshops covered the CWDC endorsed induction training for children's workforce staff, new school based support initiatives, Common Assessment Framework and rother elated areas were interspersed with key inputs from children and young people and national and international policy makers and practitioners.
