Assessment for Learning

Assessment for learning is as essential with speaking and listening as it is with reading and writing. It is important that any assessment which you make of pupils' speaking or listening skills and understandings are not only recorded but are used to inform your planning for developing their learning in future lessons.

Activity

With a colleague have a look at the following video clips and note where the teacher and sometimes the pupils have identified learning and also the next steps for learning, and compare your findings.
