Reviewing Teaching Plans
Once you have established the curricular targets which will make the difference to your pupils' speaking and listening achievement, with a colleague review:
- the scheme of work to identify the progression expected;
- particular units of work (medium-term plans) to ensure that the teaching motivates pupils, addresses specific curricular targets and meets the needs of groups and individuals in the classes you have identified.
