Having identified the curricular targets you wish to work towards for a particular group and reviewed the scheme of work and relevant medium term plans it is then necessary to develop your own action plan for improvement.

Activity

Consider the example proforma provided of an action plan to improve pupils' speaking and listening across Key Stages 3 and 4 and, with a colleague, develop your own plans for improvement. Modify particular medium term plans in the light of your identified areas for improvement.
