Management, Leadership and Administration

Schools are set to change quickly over the next few years, with funds available for renovation or rebuild of school premises, and individuals brought into focus through personalised learning and the Five-year Strategy. All this will affect managers and administrators, as more and more schools are set to apply for specialist status or form partnerships with other local schools.

The Five-year Strategy set the framework for future development in education and was published in July 2004.
