ISP and Year 3 literacy support

There was variation in the degree of alignment between the Year 3 programme and ISP. In some schools the programme was part of the raising attainment plan and related to whole school curricular targets, for example in sentence construction. In other schools teachers were less clear about the relationship of the programme to their involvement in ISP and had not made connections between the two.
