Guidance on implementation of the KS2 Framework for languages
Teachers at the early stages of their own language learning should not feel inhibited in getting started. Giving thought to the following will help to get started:
- doing a little language well;
- education of the ear - the value of games and songs;
- using active learning;
- moving from oracy into literacy;
- using resources to help you teach;
- using the new language as much as possible.
