What is it?
This is the second of three annual reports by the Ontario Institue for Studies in Education (OISE). It continues to track central policy and developments in the implementation of the National Literacy and Numeracy Strategies. The report considers value for money in the funding of NLNS and on the perception and expereice of the Strategies in schools.
