What is it?
As part of the monitoring by Her Majesty’s Inspectors (HMI) of the implementationof the National Numeracy Strategy (NNS), HMI from the special educational needs (SEN) team visited 42 special schools from 15 local educational authorities (LEAs) during the autumn term of 1999 and the early months of the spring term of 2000.
