Planning for action: Online action plan
The Primary Strategy Learning Networks Directory is available to all schools in Learning Networks. The directory allows networks to locate and contact other networks with a similar learning focus. Learning Networks can also update their own action plans or network details.
All networks that were approved by their LA were sent a username and password to access the action planning tool. This username and password will enable you to access the directory.

Learning Networks can use this online resource to:
- search for learning networks by location or focus;
- locate and contact other learning networks;
- opt in or out of the learning networks directory;
- update their action plans, network details or success criteria over time.
New Learning Networks can also use the online action planning tool to create and submit action plans for inclusion in the directory.
