Becoming a Primary Strategy Learning Network: Statement of intent
Before you complete this statement of intent make sure:
- you have read the introductory booklet. The booklet tells you about Primary Strategy Learning Networks; what you need to do; what happens once you have submitted your statement of intent;
- you have the names, full contact details and DfES numbers of each of the schools which have agreed to be part of the Primary Strategy Learning Network.
All parts of this form must be completed before you can submit it.
When you have successfully submitted the statement of intent you will receive an on-screen notification to say that the submission was successful. The lead school will also be emailed a copy of your statement of intent.
