When viewing the Preview of your plan

• Select File > Print Preview to preview the print output.
• Select File > Print... to print the plan without previewing it.
• Select File > Page Setup... to change the page settings for the printed output. You can specify the margins, headers and footer (these are set to blank by default) and page orientation. Page orientation is portrait by default but will default to landscape if changed.
