Using the Interactive Planning Tool on a shared computer

Using individual logins

Users who have their own login to a computer will have their own content 'bucket' and will have full control over its content and be able to organise, edit and delete content at will.

Using a generic or shared login

Users who share a computer with a generic login also share the collected content within the planning tool. Users need to agree a way to identify content that 'belongs' to a particular individual. One or more personalised headings could be created. One way could be to use the user's initials. e.g. KFL - Mathematics Objectives.

Things to avoid

Empty bucket

When users are sharing a content bucket, the use of this button should be prohibited because all the content is deleted including content collected by other users.

Adding content to someone else's personalised heading

When users are sharing a content bucket they should avoid adding to or deleting from a personalised heading.
