Planning

At the Planning level there are associated links to the other subject areas. In the example above there is a link from Literacy planning to Mathematics planning and Foundation Stage Planning Principles.

When to use it

• When you want to navigate to planning in the other subject areas.

Planning by Year

When planning at the Year level, there is an associated link between Mathematics and Literacy. In the example above there is a link from planning in Mathematics Year 3 to planning in Literacy Year 3.

When to use it

• To navigate to planning at the same year in the other main subject area.

Planning at Block level

When planning at the block level within a subject area, there are associated links between the previous and next years. In the example above there is a link from planning in Mathematics Year 3 to planning in Year 2 and Year 4 for Counting, partitioning and calculating.

When to use it

• To look at progression by looking at the previous year and next year.
