Most of the planning and information documents are supplied in three formats to ensure maximum accessibility.

.doc files are Microsoft Word files

They can be viewed with all versions of MS Word released since Word 97 and they can also be viewed in WordPad which is provided with Windows. Other compatible word processors can be used to view .doc files.

.rtf files are Rich Text Format files

You should be able to open .rtf files using all word processor applications.

.pdf files are Adobe Acrobat files

They can be opened with the free acrobat reader available from Adobe; you can download the viewer here.
