Year 5
Here the objectives for literacy are organised by years. These objectives reflect end-of-year expectations for each of the year groups. They can be used to support planning to ensure that children make the expected progress over the year and across years. Covering these objectives will allow children to reach the Early Learning Goals for communication, language and literacy and the appropriate National Curriculum levels at Key Stages 1 and 2.
