Children will ask questions relating to the theme of their scripted presentation, research the relevant content and then plan how to present that content effectively.
Information processing
Children will identify relevant information from a range of sources on paper and on screen and use this to write their scripts.
Evaluation
Children will discuss success criteria, give feedback to others and judge the effectiveness of their own work.
Communication
Children will develop their ability to analyse and evaluate a range of scripted broadcasts. They will learn how to plan and create a script, including the use of scriptwriting conventions.
