You will need to download the Interactive Planning Tool by using the link to the ZIP file below.

You need to download the Planning Tool by downloading the ZIP file above.

STEPS

A. Download and extract the DMG file from the compressed ZIP file.

1. Hold the Ctrl key and click on the ZIP icon or link
2. Select the 'Download linked file' option from the menu
3. The file will be downloaded to the default location. e.g. Downloads
4. It may take some time for the file to download. This will depend on the speed of your internet connection. Save the file to your Desktop
5. Double-click on the ZIP file to extract it.

B. Launch the DMG file.

1. Navigate to the extracted DMG file. It will be in the same folder as the ZIP file.
2. Double-click on the DMG file to load the planning tool.
3. A Planning Tool icon is added to your Desktop and the planning tool is launched. If the planning tool does not load automatically, double-click the Planning Tool icon on the Desktop.
4. Double-click 'Start' to load the planning tool for the first time.

C. Configure Proxy settings

1. Ensure that the planning tool can connect to the internet. Instructions found in the help section titled Connecting the Interactive Planning Tool to the internet.

NOTE: You need do this only once; from then on, the tool will be available by clicking on the Planning Tool icon on your desktop. However, when a new version is available you will need to repeat the process outlined above.
