Out-of-school learning

Pupils could visit an industrial or agricultural museum, local graveyard or site exemplifying local industrial changes. Examples of museums include Ironbridge Gorge Museums, Beamish, the Black Country Museum. Organisations such as English Heritage, and local tourist boards can provide useful advice as to which sites could be suitable.
