The EiC Primary Guidance ( 202 Kb) has been circulated to all Phase 2 and Phase 3 partnership coordinators and offers advice on how to get the best value out of the new funding.  Phase 1 partnerships will already have behavioural and Gifted and Talented support in place, but they may none the less find the way in which the guidance is presented and the approach to the use of teaching assistants and parental involvement valuable.
