Subject Leader Mentor Training
Summary
It has been recognised, by Ofsted and others, that consistent high quality middle management is an important strength of effective schools. In order to spread good practice within and between schools, we have a training pack developed by a team from Derbyshire LA and the University of Nottingham.
Training Materials
The Subject Leader Mentor Training Programme is based on a course to provide good subject leaders with leadership and mentoring skills. It is available to view or download in PDF and the various sections are outlined below:
