Strengthening your Partnership     

Facilitation -  good partnership coordination is another key element of successful partnership working, although it is sometimes hard to achieve in practice.  For information on how good faciliation might be achieved, please click here.

Accountability -  we have created a model Service Level Agreement (SLA) along with a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) which can be used or adapted by partnerships.  We also provide a couple of examples of those devised by partnerships themselves as part of the process of becoming an Education Improvement partnership (EIP). To view, please click here.
