The purpose of this booklet and accompanying CD is to inspire Head Teachers to develop their own vision for study support. The booklet places study support within a whole school context and explores the links with school improvement, the development of high quality teaching and learning across the school, staff development, and school partnerships. The CD presents Head Teachers who are at different stages in setting up and developing study support in their schools. They talk about the challenges and their achievements. It is of value to schools starting to think about building their study support programme as well as those with an established programme who wish to evaluate and develop it further.
