New Key Stage 2 - 4 progression targets

From September 2009, two new statutory targets will be introduced. Local authorities and schools will be required to set two new targets measuring the proportion of pupils making expected progress in English from Key Stage 2 -4 and the proportion of pupils making expected progress in mathematics from Key Stage 2-4. Full details on the new targets will be available from August 2009 in the updated local authority target setting guidance which will be available on this site
